Alsons/AWS Information Systems Inc.(AAISI), understands the responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of this website who visit without transacting business and visitors who gives their personal information on our website. The personal information obtained by the company is securely stored and can only be accessed by its authorized personnel and third parties. AAISI has implemented appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of personal information.

Personal Information

Personal Information refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, contact number, email address, company name, industry, and address.

By filling up our contact forms, contacting us directly or by submitting to us your resumes, you authorize AAISI to collect your Personal Information. In this regard, you understand and acknowledge that AAISI will use the Personal Information collected to help contact you in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information. AAISI may also use the Personal Information collected to help contact you for recruitment for the open job opportunities.

Collection, Purpose of Collection and Processing of Personal Information

Personal Information will, generally, only be collected and used for the primary purposes of:

  • communication with employees, clients, contractors, suppliers, agents or any other individuals;
  • conducting, improving, maintaining and developing a business relationship and/or for employment purposes;
  • general HR administration and information required for the management of the employment relationship;
  • processing, servicing or enforcing transactions and sending related communications;
  • identifying and verifying individuals or companies that have been clients of AAISI;
  • administering customer orders or managing projects;
  • responding to an individual’s queries;
  • marketing (such as providing individuals and/or companies with information about AAISI services and other offerings);

Sharing of Personal Information

AAISI will not disclose your Personal Information that you entrusted to us to third parties except in the following cases:

  • When disclosing information to a partner and trusted service providers in order to provide you adequate services in relation to AAISI’s business and those of our partners and service providers.

Data Retention and Disposal

We typically retain Personal Information related to marketing activities and other possible business opportunities for as long as you accept communications from us. For Personal Information that we collect and process for other purposes, we will typically retain such Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, as well as the Terms of Use. Deletion of such data may be done at any time upon your request.  While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site – electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to visitors for any such occurrences.

Data Breach

AAISI’s employees regularly monitors signs of possible data breach, such incident occurs, the employee shall report it immediately to DPO for verification if it indeed is a data breach as accordance to the Data Privacy Act. The DPO shall notify the affected individuals pursuant to requirements and procedures prescribed by the DPA.

Cookies Policy

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your Web browser (if allowed) to authorize the website’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and provide certain information.
